Residential buildings “Nad Koulkou”
The area in question is exceptionally diverse morphologically as well as urbanistically. The nature of the build-up area gradually changes in relation to the sloping terrain. Starting from blocks at the foot of the hill to linearly arranged sets of residential buildings, to solitaire villas and family houses standing along the winding road leading up the hill. Our design respects the current values of the area and the surrounding houses. We also define the southern border in the indeterminate area at the foot of the hill.
The layout of the houses is not firmly set. It is based on a modular system, filled with a wide range of flats with various layouts. The exterior of the houses is constant, buts its inner system allows us to modify the number of floors and their composition in accordance to the requirements of the investor.
